When was the last time you looked at yourself in the mirror and didn’t find something wrong?
Most days, I’m with you.
When I was in 11th grade, I was diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
Basically, my diet gave me a health condition I shouldn’t have gotten for another 25+ years.
After years of seeing a gastroenterologist (and having gone to culinary school), I’m finally maintaining a healthy weight.
Could I lose more?
Absolutely.
But, I’m committed to a healthier lifestyle. I’m vegetarian and I get exercise by walking my barrel-bodied Yorkie.
By no means am I a paragon of health and fitness. I’m an everyday person struggling just like you are.
